UK CUSTOMERS

All orders placed within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 within 4-6 business days of purchase.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

All international orders are shipped within 5-10 business days.

Slow Flow is now shipping internationally to most EU countries, U.S. & Canada via DHL.

Please note that you may be charged with import taxes and customs of which both are the buyer’s responsibility.

RETURNS & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

As a small independent business, Slow Flow cannot accept any returns or refunds.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged/broken, please email hello@slowflowstudio.com so a replacement can be shipped out to you. Please note that a replacement may not always be readily available and will follow a made-to-order process with a lead time of approx. 4-6 weeks.

Please be aware that Slow Flow does not hold any responsibility for:

• incorrect/incomplete addresses which may result in the shipment being returned, in which case the buyer is responsible for return fees.

• lost or stolen packages or items that have been left unattended.

• any customs or import taxes that may be charged.
